A made-to-measure order is four decisions. We bring the samples to your measure and walk you through each one, so you can see and feel the difference before you commit.
Fabric
From light sheers and natural linen through to full blockout. We use safe, uncoated fabrics, and you match the weight and colour to each room.
Heading style
A modern S-fold wave for continuous, even folds, or a classic pinch pleat or pencil pleat for a more traditional gathered top.
Lining
Unlined for softness and light, or a blockout lining when you want the room properly dark for sleep. Sheers and blockout can also be layered on one window.
Track or rod
The right track or rod for the span and the ceiling, with a lifetime warranty on tracks*. On tall or hard to reach windows we can add motorisation.

Measure and product selection
We measure your windows on site and help you choose the fabric, heading, lining and track, then confirm the lot in a detailed written quote.
Production
We craft your curtains in our own workshop to your exact measurements. Our in-stock range can be installed within 1 to 2 weeks, and where a job is urgent a rush install can be as quick as 3 days. While a custom order is being made we can lend you a set of blockout curtains so the bedroom still goes dark.
Install and aftercare

Do you measure and install, or just supply the curtains?
We look after the whole job. It starts with a free in home measure so the sizing is exact, then we make the curtains to your chosen fabric and style, and finish with professional installation including the track or rod. Handling the measure and the install ourselves is what makes sure the curtains hang straight, draw smoothly and fit the window the way they should.
Can you make curtains for unusual or large windows?
Yes. Made-to-measure is exactly where custom curtains earn their keep. We regularly make curtains for very wide windows, tall void and stairwell windows, bay windows, sliding doors and awkward shapes that ready made simply cannot fit. We measure each opening, recommend the right track and heading, and where the window is hard to reach we can add motorisation so it is easy to use.
