Motorised blinds can run on a rechargeable battery, mains power or a small solar panel, depending on the window and how often the blind is used. Battery motors are the easiest to retrofit since they need no wiring, mains power suits new builds and renovations, and solar works well on sunny windows. Can I control electric blinds with my phone or voice?
Yes. Our motorised and electric blinds work with a handheld remote, a wall switch, a smartphone app or a smart home assistant such as Google or Amazon, so you can open and close them by voice or on a schedule.
