Our professionals will provide you with a rough recommendation on the type of products suitable for each specific area in your home during the measurement process. For example, in the living room and dining room, we generally recommend using sheer curtains for better light transmission, while in the bedroom or study, we recommend using blackout curtains with higher privacy. For small windows in the bathroom or laundry area, we suggest using roller blinds or shutters.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of different types of products?
There’s no such thing as a perfect product, only the most suitable one. Finding the most appropriate product is the key to providing consumers with a perfect experience. Take our company’s products, for example. Sheer curtains, while allowing light to filter through, are not designed to provide complete blackout coverage and are best suited for areas where light control is the main concern, such as the living room or dining room. However，where darkness and privacy are paramount for bedrooms, we recommend pairing sheer curtains with other blackout products, like roller blinds or block out Curtains. For Roller Blinds and Shutter，It’s worth noting that the stability of these products may be compromised if used on larger-sized windows. Meanwhile, blackout curtains are the ideal choice for bedrooms but not recommended for bathrooms, where high humidity may encourage mold and mildew growth. How can you measure accurately to obtain a reliable quote?
We recommend that you could bring to us or email us a floor plan of your address, which will allow us to provide you with a more accurate quote based on your real measurement. If you do not currently have a floor plan, we suggest that you measure and record the dimensions of your windows and walls, including the length, height, and depth of the window frames as well as the length and height of the walls. If you are unsure of how to measure properly, we can arrange for our professionals to come to your home to measure for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

How long do we need to wait for curtains and blinds to be installed?
Local-stocked curtains and sheers, roller blinds could be installed in 1-2 weeks. Vertical blinds could be installed in 2-4 weeks. Customized curtains and sheers, shutters could be installed in 6-8 weeks.
What if I'm urgent to move into my new house but don't have curtains yet?
In case you are going to move into your new house before your customized curtain has arrived, we will always offer spare blockout curtains to our customers who have paid the deposit while waiting for their customized curtains ready to be installed.
What is your after-service policy?
During the warranty time, if our products have damaged due to subjective reasons, we will solve the problem for you within 48 hours.
What is the warranty on your products?
We offer a 5-year warranty on both tracks and fabrics (Damage caused by human factors is excluded). We also offer a 1-year warranty on roller blinds.
Where are your products made?
All customized curtains, sheers and shutters are made overseas, while local-stocked curtains, sheers, vertical blinds, and roller blinds are made in Australia.
How are prices determined?
Prices are based on fabric, use of materials, and sizes. In addition, we are always willing to provide our customers with the most cost-effective options and products.
How is the installation process handled?
Our installation team has at least 3 years of related experiences. To ensure that the completion of installation quality and quantity is in line with our customer satisfaction. All our products are measured and installed by a specialist installation team to meet our meticulous standards. This personalized service ensures your products will meet your individual requirements.
How do I clean my curtains and roller blinds?
We recommend using a soft cloth or vacuum with a brush attachment to remove dust and dirt. For tough stains, spot cleaning with a mild detergent and cold water is suggested.
Is there a fee for measurements?
Measurements are free for distances under 10km. For distances between 10-20km, there is a $100 fee, and for distances over 20km, there is a $150 fee, once you have decided to work with us, the measurement fee can be used as a credit.
